    We search the same ground as our standard apartment search, the portals, agents and Hausverwaltungen, but your name is never on it. You see a considered shortlist across the neighbourhoods you have in mind: Grunewald, Dahlem, the Wannsee, Charlottenburg, prime Mitte.

  3. Discreet viewings

    Viewings arranged around your schedule and your privacy, often outside normal hours. We attend on your behalf, or come with you, and give an honest read on light, security, the neighbours and the things a photograph is arranged to hide.

  4. The quiet negotiation

    We negotiate in German: Kaltmiete or purchase price, Nebenkosten, Kaution, the clauses that matter, under an NDA where you want one, and without your name ever appearing on a public application.

Can you help me rent, or buy, or both?

Both. Some clients want a lease they can leave lightly; others are acquiring a Berlin address for the long term. The search runs the same discreet way either way, and we bring in the right notary, tax and legal people when a purchase calls for them.

How do you protect my privacy?

It's the whole point of this service. Viewings are arranged privately, your name stays off public applications and portals, and we'll sign an NDA wherever you want one. We never name a client, and you'll never appear in anything we publish, this website included.

Which parts of Berlin do you cover?

The addresses careful people tend to want: the villa colonies of Grunewald and Dahlem, lakeside Wannsee, the old-west calm of Charlottenburg, and the quiet corners of prime Mitte. If your requirement sits elsewhere, we'll tell you honestly where it's best met.

Can you look after the whole family: schools, staff and the move itself?

Yes. A home is rarely the only decision. We coordinate international and bilingual schools, household and personal staff, and the move and customs, so the family lands into a life that already works rather than a list of open tasks.
