A warm, elegant fine-dining room at night

Luxury & Lifestyle

Michelin restaurant reservations in Berlin, booked properly, advised honestly.

The room is booked out for weeks. The tasting menu released a handful of seats and lost them by breakfast. We know these places and how their booking calendars actually work, for one evening, or, for residents, as a standing booking desk. We can't promise every table, but we'll always try properly and tell you honestly what's realistic.

The Berlin reality

The booking form isn’t the hard part. The table is.

Berlin now holds a serious number of Michelin stars, and a Michelin restaurant reservation in Berlin is often the hard part, because the rooms that matter are small: a counter of a dozen seats, a chef’s table for eight, a dining room that turns covers just twice a night.

Michelin, TheFork and OpenTable have made the easy reservation trivial, and for a Tuesday two-top three weeks out you need no one’s help. The scarcity lives elsewhere: in the tasting menu whose calendar opens sixty days ahead at midnight and is gone by morning, in the chef’s table released a few seats at a time, in the last-minute table on the night the whole city wants it, and in the private room for a dinner that has to be right.

That’s where a booking form stops being enough, and where knowing how these places actually work, and simply asking properly, starts to matter more than being quick with a mouse.

That’s the gap we try to close.

The engagement

Tell us where and when. We handle the rest.

One point of contact, from the first request to your name at the door.

  1. Tell us the room, or the occasion

Name the restaurant, or just describe the evening: a starred tasting menu, the chef's table, a quiet two-top after the theatre. Give us the date, the number of guests, and where you can be flexible. The more room we have on timing, the more we can do.

  2. We try for the table

We know the restaurants worth your time and how their booking calendars actually work: when a room tends to release more seats, and which nights usually have a little give. We call, we email, and we keep trying until we have a real answer for you.

  3. The details, handled

Allergies and dietary preferences agreed with the kitchen in advance. The occasion timed so it lands well. Wine and the rest of the evening planned around the reservation, not against it.

  4. You simply arrive

A clear confirmation, your name at the door, and nothing left for you to chase.

  5. Afterwards, if you live here

For residents, this becomes standing: a booking desk that keeps your preferences on file and simply handles dining as you go, the subject of our Private Membership.

What you get

From a Michelin restaurant reservation to your standing booking desk.

  • Hard reservations, worked

The Michelin-starred rooms and the hardest-to-get tables in the city, the ones the booking sites show as full for weeks.

  • Tasting menus & the chef’s table

Counter seats and chef’s tables released in tiny batches, and the multi-course menus that sell out the morning they open.

  • Last-minute tables

The two-top tonight, when the calendar insists nothing is free. Late notice isn’t a problem for us; it’s much of what we do.

  • Private & group dining

A private room, a long table for a celebration, a considered dinner for a board or a delegation, arranged discreetly.

  • Dietary needs & occasions

Allergies, vegetarian and vegan tasting menus, the birthday, the proposal, settled quietly with the kitchen beforehand.

  • Beyond the guides

Berlin dining is far wider than its stars. We point you to the neighbourhood room and the new opening that actually suit you.

  • The resident booking desk

For members, dining simply handled on standing instruction: you name the night and the mood, we take care of the rest.

  • One discreet point of contact

The same small team for every table, every time. No account to manage, and no trace of your evenings anywhere.

Why us

We know how Berlin's restaurants actually work, and we keep your evenings to ourselves.

Years in Berlin hospitality taught us how restaurants really handle reservations: when a room tends to hold a few seats back, when a cancellation is more likely, and how to ask in a way that gets a straight answer instead of a form letter.

We use that experience every time we call or write on your behalf. We also know Berlin dining well beyond the guides: the new opening, the neighbourhood room, the night to go and the night to avoid.

We won’t promise you a specific starred room on a specific night; no one honest can. What we promise is candour about what’s possible, real effort on the hard ones, and the discretion your evening deserves. You’ll never appear in our marketing, and neither will the details of your evening.

Questions

The questions we're asked most.

Can you always get us in?

No one honest can promise a specific room on a specific night, so we won't. What we can do is try properly: check the timing, ask directly, and offer good alternatives if the exact table isn't possible. With a little flexibility on the date or the hour, we usually find something worth having. We'll always tell you plainly what's realistic before you count on it.

How far ahead should we ask?

The more notice, the better. A starred tasting menu or a chef’s table may open its calendar thirty to sixty days out and fill within hours, so a week or two of lead time is comfortable. That said, last-minute is a large part of what we do. If you want a table tonight, ask anyway.

Can you arrange private dining or a large group?

Yes. Private rooms, the chef’s table, and long tables for a celebration, a birthday or a board dinner. Tell us the number of guests and the mood you’re after, and we’ll match the room to the evening.

Can you handle dietary needs and special occasions?

Yes, and quietly. Allergies, intolerances, vegetarian or vegan tasting menus, and the occasion itself, a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal, are agreed with the kitchen in advance, so nothing is announced at the table unless you want it to be.

We live in Berlin and dine out constantly. Is there something ongoing?

Yes. Our Private Membership includes a standing booking desk: you tell us the night and the mood, and we handle the reservation and the details. Over time you become a regular at the places you like, and dining out turns from a task into something you simply ask for.

What does it cost?

For a single evening, a fixed arrangement fee agreed before we begin: no percentages, no surprises. For residents who dine often, it sits within the membership. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll be precise.

Reserve

Tell us the table you want.

The room, the night, the number of guests: a line or two is plenty. A real person replies within the day, in confidence, with an honest read on what's possible.
