Relocation & Settling In
The Berlin relocation agency that runs your whole move.
Apartment, paperwork, the move itself, even the pet: the whole relocation to Berlin, handled by one small team and a single contact. You brief us once, in English or German, and we run the rest in parallel.
The whole picture
A move to Berlin is really five moves. We run them as one.
An apartment. The Anmeldung and the paperwork behind it. The shippers and the customs. The pet. Each one is its own project, in German, on Berlin's terms, and most arrivals end up juggling five separate vendors who never talk to each other.
As a relocation agency in Berlin, we do that juggling for you. One team, one contact, one plan, from the first call to the evening you close your own front door. You brief us once; we carry the rest and keep the parts moving in step, so nothing stalls waiting on something you didn't know it needed.
Five workstreams. One number to call.
The workstreams
Five moving parts. One team holds them all.
Engage us for the whole relocation or just one piece. Each of these is a full service in its own right, run by the same people.
How we work
One brief, one plan, every thread pulled at once.
From first call to a settled life, with the same team throughout.
-
The discovery call
One honest conversation. Who's coming, from where, and roughly when; the work, the family, the kind of flat you have in mind, the things you're worried about. We listen, then tell you plainly how Berlin is likely to receive you.
-
A tailored relocation plan
We turn that into a single written plan, with each part sequenced and costed: the apartment search, the Anmeldung and the paperwork behind it, the move, the pet. One document, held by us, so you can see the whole move at a glance instead of across five inboxes.
-
Every workstream, in parallel
Then we get on with it, all of it at once, in German. We work the flat while the movers are briefed, the Bürgeramt appointment is booked and the pet's paperwork is prepared. One contact keeps you posted, so you're not chasing five vendors who've never spoken to each other.
-
You arrive to a sorted life
Keys in your hand. The Anmeldung booked or done, utilities live, the bank and Steuer-ID under way, your things heading to the right address, the dog cleared and calm. You walk into a Berlin that's largely ready for you.
Why us
We speak German and know how the Ämter actually work.
The difference isn't a longer checklist. It's that we do all of this in German, and we've learned how each Bürgeramt and Hausverwaltung actually works in practice: the forms they want, the appointments that are hardest to get, and the details that trip people up.
That's what keeps a move on track: we catch a paperwork problem before it becomes one, and we know which office or which form to try next. We work the same way for an individual, a family, and, discreetly, for an employer relocating an executive. You'll never appear in our marketing. Neither will they.
Questions
The questions we're asked most.
Can you handle just part of the move, say only the apartment?
Yes. Each part is a full service on its own, and plenty of people start with just the apartment search. If the rest follows later, the same team picks it up. Nothing gets handed off or re-explained.
Do you work with employers and HR teams relocating an executive?
Often, and quietly. We can be the single relocation partner for a senior hire: invoicing the company, reporting at the level HR needs, and keeping the friction away from the family. Discretion is built into how we work, on both sides.
Can you start before I arrive in Berlin?
Usually that's the point. Most people engage us from abroad. We build the plan, open the apartment search, line up the Anmeldung and paperwork, and brief the movers while you're still packing, so you land to a move already in motion.
How is it priced?
By enquiry. A relocation varies a lot, from one flat and a suitcase to a family of four with a household and a dog, so we agree a clear, fixed fee before any work begins. No percentage of your rent, and no surprises.
How involved do I need to be?
As little as you like. After the first call we need a few decisions and signatures from you, and not much else. One contact keeps you genuinely informed without asking you to manage anyone.
Do you help families, not just individuals?
Families are a lot of what we do. A flat that actually works for children, school and Kita questions, the paperwork for everyone, the pet. The plan grows to cover whoever's coming with you, held by the same team.
Begin
Tell us about the move.
A few lines will do: who's coming, from where, and roughly when. A real person replies within the day, in English or German, and in confidence.
