Luxury & Lifestyle
A luxury weekend in Berlin, arranged by one team.
Arrive to a weekend already handled: the suite chosen for the view, a table that was hard to get, a private experience or two, an evening out if the mood turns, and a host on call throughout. You tell us the dates and the mood; we take care of the rest.
The weekend, handled
One weekend. One team. Arranged before you land.
A luxury weekend in Berlin is one thing planned and run by one team. We hold every thread, the suite, the tables, the timing, so the parts arrive already in step and you never have to make them.
Most of what makes a Berlin weekend worth remembering takes more than a screen and a few minutes. The right suite in the right hotel for this particular trip. Tables booked properly and on time, not left to chance. A private visit arranged in advance. An evening out that doesn't require you to work out the details yourself. None of this is secret; it just takes research, timing and a fair amount of legwork, which is what we do.
A weekend might read like this. You land on Friday to a suite chosen for the view and the floor, not the rate. That evening, a table we booked well ahead, under a name that isn't yours. Saturday belongs to something private: a maker, a collection, a room few people see. And if the mood turns, a good night out in the city's music scene, with someone beside you who knows how it works. Sunday is left open, at leisure. Everything in between is quietly taken care of.
You arrive to a plan, rather than assemble one.
What we arrange
Every part, also a service in its own right.
Engage us for the whole weekend, or for a single piece. Each of these is a full service on its own, run by the same people who'd run your weekend. This page simply holds them together.
How we work
Tell us the mood. We propose. We refine. You arrive to it.
A short brief to a handled weekend, with the same team throughout and one point of contact.
-
Tell us the dates and the mood
A short, honest message to start: your dates, who's coming, and the mood you're after. That last part helps us more than any wish-list. Quiet and restorative, or the city at full volume. A milestone to mark, or simply a weekend you'd rather not spend arranging.
-
We propose an itinerary
Within a day or two you'll have a written proposal: the suite we'd suggest and why, the tables worth holding, a private experience or two, an evening out if you'd like one, and the hours we've left deliberately empty. A weekend you can picture, not a bundle you have to trust.
-
We refine it together
You react and we adjust. Earlier here, later there, this swapped for that, one night kept entirely free. It's your weekend; the proposal is just our first draft of it. Everything's settled and agreed with you before we confirm anything in your name.
-
You arrive to it handled
Then it simply happens. The suite is ready, the tables are held, the private hours are arranged, and a host is on call throughout for whatever wasn't on the plan. You arrive to a weekend already in motion and step straight into it.
Why us
Judgement, proper planning, and discretion, from years in Berlin hospitality.
Anyone can make a booking. What's harder is judgement: knowing which suite, which table and which experience is actually worth your time, then doing the planning and legwork properly so it all comes together.
Our team spent years in Berlin's hotels and hospitality, looking after guests who cared about getting it right, and we came to know the city from a side the guidebooks don't show. We put that experience into every weekend we plan: which hotels are worth it, which restaurants reward booking well ahead, which experiences are genuinely good.
We won't promise anyone's door or table as a certainty; anyone who does is selling you something. What we offer is the judgement to know what's worth arranging, the diligence to arrange it properly, and the discretion to keep the whole weekend, and your name, off the record. You'll never appear in our marketing, and neither will the details of your weekend.
Questions
The questions we're asked most.
How far ahead should we come to you?
The sooner the better. A good suite and a scarce table reward a bit of notice, and the fullest weekends come together over a week or two rather than an afternoon. That said, we're used to short notice. If you're already in Berlin, or you land on Friday, tell us and we'll do what the timing honestly allows.
Is this for couples, or also groups and families?
All three. A weekend for two has a very different shape from a milestone with a dozen guests, or a family with children along, and the itinerary is drawn around whichever you are. Tell us who's coming and we'll build the proposal for them, down to the pace of the days.
Can you arrange a single evening rather than a whole weekend?
Yes. The weekend is just the fullest version of what we do. The same team will happily arrange a single evening, one table or one occasion, with the same care. Plenty of people start with an evening and let the rest follow another time.
How bespoke is this, really?
Entirely. There's no set package and no menu to pick from. Every itinerary is drawn from your dates, your mood and your budget, then refined until it feels like yours. If something you have in mind isn't usually possible, we'll tell you plainly, and then tell you what is.
We value our privacy. How do you handle discretion?
It's the heart of the service. Reservations held under a name that isn't yours, arrivals and evenings arranged to avoid a scene, and people around you who understand exactly who they're not to notice. And not a word from us, ever. Discretion isn't something we add for a few clients; it's simply how we work for everyone.
How is it priced?
By enquiry, and cleanly. We agree a fixed arranging fee for your weekend before any work begins, kept separate from the suites, tables and experiences themselves, which are billed at cost. No percentages hidden in the margins, and no surprises on the Sunday.
Begin
Tell us the weekend you have in mind.
Two lines will do: your dates, who's coming, and the mood you're after. A real person replies within the day, in English or German, and in confidence.
